My job offered an opportunity to work with an Executive Coach and since I was new in the Labor and Employee Relations’ field, I thought I should take advantage of the opportunity. I wasn’t sure what to expect but decided to be open to the process. Out of all of the coaches to choose from, I was so blessed to get paired up with Cheryl Stevens.
