Karen, a Certified Professional Coach, has a passion for helping executives becoming transformational leaders so they can build more cohesive culture, strength their systemic teams and leave impactful legacies.

She is the creator of the proven values assessment and debrief process, bTrue™ Method, empowering individuals, disconnected from their vision and purpose, to realign with their core values, so they can reach full potential, personally and professionally.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her certification in coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She holds a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).

Karen has worked with hundreds of leaders in Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, as well as start-ups. She has partnered with top executives and their teams, across many various industries throughout the United States and Canada, to include, but not limited to healthcare, finance, technology, construction, biotech and even cryptocurrency.

Karen lives by the beach in Belmar, New Jersey with her Tibetan Terrier, Lola and enjoys spending time with the love of her life, Mike, and her 3 daughters.
