Success Stories
Working with Cheryl has made me a stronger, more influential leader. She has the unique ability to pinpoint areas to improve on and then work collaboratively with me to pursue attainable solutions. I will always be in her debt for her coaching and support.
My job offered an opportunity to work with an Executive Coach and since I was new in the Labor and Employee Relations’ field, I thought I should take advantage of the opportunity. I wasn’t sure what to expect but decided to be open to the process. Out of all of the coaches to choose from, I was so blessed to get paired up with Cheryl Stevens. I feel like people are positioned in your world for a reason. During our time together, I quickly realized how lost I was in my career, and Cheryl very swiftly helped me identify my issues and provided some insight and excellent tools to get me on track. I can't find the words to express my gratitude to her especially in this time in my life both professionally and personally. I am just fascinated at the impact that one person can have on another human being. What she is able to do is amazing and is a gift that cannot be taught. Her warm demeanor, her patients, and her ability to keep it real really kept me engaged, comfortable and open during our sessions. She has opened my mind to so many possibilities as a matter of fact, I will be starting on my Masters in Employment Law and Policy this fall. I always talked about going back to school to make myself more marketable but now it is my reality. I can do this. I will do this. Thanks to Cheryl.
Working with Cheryl was an invaluable experience. She helped me identify opportunities to develop my vision, resilience, and conflict management skills. Through her guidance, I learned skills to reframe my experiences and to stand in my power while remaining true to myself. This has been the best opportunity for personal and professional development in my career.
When I started working with Cheryl, I was focused on getting my business started. Her insightful questions allowed me to see past my fog of overwhelm and confusion to the clarity I needed in order to establish a viable business plan. The interesting thing, and quite unexpected, was how her intuition prompted her to ask about some of my family relations. It quickly became apparent to me that a lot of the overwhelm and confusion was really self-doubt and fear that I had been carrying with me since childhood. That was quite a revelation and the beginning of my process of self-acceptance and learning to trust my own instincts and judgement. My business is now up and running but more importantly, I am more aware of my life’s intentions and motivations. I am more focused, confident, and fulfilled than ever before and Cheryl played a large role in my development.
It is with great pleasure to recommend Cheryl Stevens as an Executive Coach. As an Executive Coach, Cheryl provided the right guidance I needed in my professional career, personal, and social life balances. Cheryl's executive coaching skills enabled me to make behavioral changes that positively impacted my professional and personal life choices. If you want to improve your professional and personal life don't hesitate to select Cheryl to coach you to a more successful life.
